Santa's Grotto is back!
Come and celebrate the most magical time of the year with a visit to Santa, visit him in his enchanting world surrounded by elves busily preparing for the big day before getting the opportunity to meet Santa himself.
All visitors will receive a luxury soft toy and have their photo taken with Santa allowing the moment to be cherished for years to come.

Christmas trail
Christmas is the time to be jolly and have fun with his clue-led adventure trail, which will see visitors figure out their way through the 42-acre ancient woodland. Prizes will await the victors!

Junior experiences
Let your kids take part in some festive fun this Christmas, where they can be immersed in nature in 40 acres of beautiful ancient woodland with over 200 native animals. Aimed at children with a keen interest in becoming a zookeeper or working with animals later in life.
Junior zookeeper £60 per child (7 - 16 years) BUY TICKET
Junior zookeepers will distribute feed to and meet the animals. Other skills learned include how to make an animal’s life more exciting, tool use, animal feed preparation and basic health and safety.
Reptile experience £55 per child (6+ years) BUY TICKET
A unique opportunity for anyone aged 6 and older to assist our keepers in feeding and caring for an array of captivating creatures, including snakes, lizards and pond turtles.
Wallaby experience £55 per child (5+ years) BUY TICKET
This experience allows you to go behind the scenes for a fun filled 30 minutes before the park opens to the public. You’ll learn all about our amazing wallabies and feed them their favourite food.
