February Half Term at Kent's Wildest animal park!

GET READY FOR A HALF TERM FULL OF FUN AT WILDWOOD THIS FEBRUARY

From Saturday 10th February - Sunday 18th February, Kent’s wildest animal park, Wildwood, will be hosting a jam-packed week of events, guaranteed to banish the winter blues!

‘Adam the Adder’ will be heading up the fun with his clue-led adventure trail, which will see visitors slither their way through the 42-acre ancient woodland. Prizes will await the victors!

On selected days throughout the week, visitors will also be able to join in with a host of sweet activities from marshmallow toasting and biscuit making to arts and crafts and fancy dress. 

There’ll also be a chance for youngsters to try their hand at bushcraft and learn more about the animals at Wildwood from the charity’s expert keepers. The park, which is just outside of Canterbury, is home to more than 40 species of British wildlife, from wolves and wildcats to elks and egrets.

The week will also include celebrations for Pancake Day and Valentine’s Day. The cafe will be flipping out all day on Shrove Tuesday and then serving up a sumptuous, evening meal on February 14th.

The Valentine’s Day celebrations include a magical, guided night tour through the heart of the woodland, giving visitors a chance to see the park's nocturnal inhabitants in a new light. 

Visiting Wildwood Trust this February half term is a wonderful opportunity for families to connect with nature and wildlife. It's not just educational, but also a fun, outdoor experience where children and adults alike can learn something new!

Adam the Adder’s Adventure Trail: runs all through the half-term week

• Marshmallow Monday: Monday 12th 
• Pancake Day: all day Tuesday 13th
• Bushcraft Experiences from 1pm on Tuesday 13th and Thursday 15th.  Sessions will be offered on a first come, first served basis
• Valentine’s Day: Wednesday 14th. Spaces are limited for this exclusive event. Book early to avoid disappointment. Dining 6-7pm, night tour 7-9pm. £60 per person
• Create your own biscuits: from 1pm on Friday 16th
• Fancy Dress Competition: from 1pm on Sunday 18th
