Home education day
Join us for a Home Education Day on the 22nd April. It's a fun-filled session of nature exploration and creativity designed especially for home-educated children.
The children will learn how to become nature detectives, but instead of using clues to solve crimes, it’s a case of studying tracks and signs to learn more about wildlife. From footprints and feathers to nests and gnaw-marks, they will examine a selection of natural artefacts and investigate which animals made them – and for what purpose.
The sessions will be packed with bushcraft, nature-based crafts and hands-on activities that will inspire curiosity and a love for the natural world.
Parking is free. There is no additional cost unless you wish to visit the park afterward, in which case the standard admission fee will apply.
We are running two sessions during the day:
10.30am - 12.30pm
1.30pm - 3.30pm
All ages welcome
Spaces are limited - book now and let the adventure begin!
Important: 1 or 2 adults need to accompany their child/children, and tickets must be purchased for each child.
