Join us for a peaceful early morning walk through Wildwood exploring gentle stretches, breathwork and meditation. It's the perfect place to reconnect with yourself and the wild around you.
This one-hour session is led by a professional yoga instructor and is suitable for all levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you'll find this setting both grounding and inspiring.
8.45am - 9.45am
£15 per session (Wildwood members pay £10 per session)
Must be over 18 years
